Sans Soufre
Our 'No Added Sulpher' wines come in three guises - Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. They each have their own character. Our Merlot is full of fruit and roundness, it offers a full mouth with a beautiful aroma. It works well as an aperitif or to accompany your salads and barbecue. Our Malbec shows that this grape offers a wide aromatic palette between floral, fresh fruit and spice notes. Served barely chilled, this special, rare wine, light and supple, never leaves you indifferent. Finally, the Cabernet Franc reveals a deep purple colour and develops an attractive nose of red fruits, morello cherry, wild blackberries and thyme scents. The palate has a silky texture and a tender structure, where elegance leads us towards a long and aromatic finish. Very suitable for charcuterie, cold meats, grilled meats, barbecues and young cheeses.

We are proud of this wine, and in our quest for ever more sustainable production, we decided in 2018 to omit this cuvée and instead used 100% Merlot and 100% Cabernet Franc for our sans soufre offerings. We strive to achieve the purest expression of each grape variety.
